Virtual Vet Nurse & Uneeq
Using an out-of-the-box digital human from Uneeq, VVN is an innovative start-up that offers veterinary clinics globally a chatbot and DH service that can easily integrate into their website.
Using a quick wireframe approach, I have proposed this fresh look for the current experience and am working on creating a more natural and interactive conversation. This project is a WIP and not yet live.
Deutsche Telekom & Uneeq - Selena
I was proud to be a part of the 2nd phase of Selena's implementation. Working with Uneeq and Deutsche Telekom was a pleasure. I was sent basic scripts in German which I translated using Google and rewrote in English to be very clear and more conversational.
The client was very happy with my work, they had no feedback and my first round of writing was translated back to German and the tight deadline date was achieved.

ANZ Jamie
ANZ asked me to do a quick conversation for Jamie to respond to banking questions about PIRs.
After some easy research I prepared this simple flow using one of my favourite tools, Whimsical.

While ChatGPT and other AI platforms will definitely help digital humans understand and respond better in the future, nothing can replace the art of good conversation.
